For dark circles below the eyes, apply a mixture made with equal amounts of glycerin, lime juice, and rose water. Drops of lemon juice applied on the face removes blemishes and ages spots too. The paste of sugarcane juice and turmeric, when applied, controls wrinkles and prevents the skin from aging.

You can try a face pack of carrots, tomatoes, and potatoes for rejuvenating the skin. Fruit packs made of fruits rich in vitamin C like jujubes and kiwifruit will also give you beautiful skin. The Indian gooseberry, guava, mangoes, pomegranates and almost all colorful fruits are excellent sources of vitamin C, which has antioxidants and a key element in anti aging skin treatment.

Foods with refined sugar and refined wheat can induce a sudden surge of sugar levels in the blood stream and have a detrimental effect upon collagen. This promotes sagging skin and deeper wrinkles. So eat food that reduces their influence. Include nuts, ginger, garlic, whole grains, soya, water melon, cauliflower, turnip, and sprouts in your diet.
