Sun Burns Treatment and How to Treat Sun Burn

I am allergic to the sun and i have tried everything. Nothing has worked out for me. I get a lot of tinny blisters all over my body whenever I go out in sun. Please help me out with treatments for allergies.

In cases such as yours, the best thing to do is to make sure that the sun is not hitting you directly on any part of your body. This is the only way you can make sure that you stay protected from the sun’s rays. It is important that you know that a certain amount of sunlight is essential for healthy skin as well. It simply varies and the amount of acceptable exposure is different for different people. For most part, however, if you have sun allergies, there is precious little you can do about it. This is because the exact cause of this particular type of allergy is unknown. Scientifically, the only data available about this particular problem is that the exposure of certain types of skin to sunlight alarms the immune system that there is a problem, and the immune system begins to work at blocking the sunlight. This causes rashes and, in extreme cases, blisters.

To begin with, you must make it a habit to never go outdoors without applying sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. This is absolutely essential for the well being of your skin. Pick a sunscreen which is particularly formulated for sensitive skin, as your skin would fall in that category. You should also use a lip balm or cream that has an SPF of 20 and above to prevent acquiring this allergy on your mouth. The next thing is that you must keep your body covered. This is essential, even after applying sunscreen, because this will add an extra layer of sun protection to your body, the clothing will also help to filter the rays of the sun so that they do not hit your body directly. Wear long sleeves and full trousers or skirts as much as you can help it. If the weather is hot, you can wear thin cotton, which will work just as effectively and well. You should also avoid stepping out in the sun between 11 am to 4 pm, when the sun’s rays are at their strongest. This will be the biggest help of all. You must also make it a point to use all natural and hypo allergenic products like creams, lotions, soaps and shampoos. This will serve to not aggravate your problem further. For areas of the skin where the blisters are the strongest, you can apply cool compresses for relief. You can also rub used and chilled tea bags.
