I got seborrheic Keratosis. There are small growths on my skin. How can I get  rid of seborrheic keratosis naturally?

Seborrheic Keratosis are also known as barnacles. You should not attempt to remove them yourself and seek the help of a doctor instead.   You can try to remove them the natural way by making some changes in your lifestyle, with specific attention to the food that you eat. Your diet should be a healthy one, containing lots of low fat food items. You should consume large quantities of high fiber food items. What this basically means is that you should eat fruits and vegetables since this will help you get rid of the Seborrheic Keratosis. It has been noticed that drinking lemon and water regularly helps get rid of the Seborrheic Keratosis. You can squeeze out the juice of one lemon. Add one cup of water to this.
