I got seborrheic Keratosis. There are small growths on my skin. How can I get  rid of seborrheic keratosis naturally?

Seborrheic Keratosis are also known as barnacles. This name probably owes something to the appearance of these growths that people often notice on their bodies.  Seborrheic Keratosis can be best described as lesions or growths that appear on the skin of some individuals. The best way to react to Seborrheic Keratosis is to ignore them. Since they are harmless, they hold out very little threat to the health of the person who has them. These can be removed naturally by using a blade to remove them from the skin. These are not stuck over a large area and therefore removing them is fairly easy. You should not attempt to remove them yourself and seek the help of a doctor instead.   You can try to remove them the natural way by making some changes in your lifestyle, with specific attention to the food that you eat. Your diet should be a healthy one, containing lots of low fat food items. You should consume large quantities of high fiber food items. What this basically means is that you should eat fruits and vegetables since this will help you get rid of the Seborrheic Keratosis. It has been noticed that drinking lemon and water regularly helps get rid of the Seborrheic Keratosis. You can squeeze out the juice of one lemon. Add one cup of water to this. You should also add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Drink this. Drink this three times a day and you will find it beneficial. Massaging is also believed to help get rid of the Seborrheic Keratosis. It is advisable to use a cellulite cream when you are massaging the Seborrheic Keratosis.
