I have little white bumps in vaginal and anal area.  They do not hurt or bother me like I've been reading that warts do. I thought maybe they were just razor burn bumps but I keep getting a few more here and there.

The little white bumps you are describing could be caused due to a variety of reasons. The good news is that they are not hurting or painful in any way. In all probability, they are just changes in the skin that occur on and off. However, if they keep appearing off and on, then maybe you should take a closer look at what could be possible reasons. The first thing you can check off is if you shave or use any other hair removal method in the area you have mentioned. If so, this could merely be a result of the same. Try to stop doing whatever you are doing for a few days and see if it makes a difference. If not, then you can be sure that there is another reason. Depending upon your age and physical condition, it is possible that you are developing fine new hair in these areas. Sometimes, hormonal changes can make you develop hair at different stages and ages. Initially, the hair roots manifest themselves as fine white bumps, but they flatten and smoothen out over a period of time. All you need to do it wait it out and the problem will take care of itself.

The other thing you should be aware of is that if you have had these bumps for more than a month, you should get them checked out by a medical professional at once. Any skin irregularities that last for so long merit a thorough examination of the skin, as they could be harbingers of something more dire or serious. Do not neglect this, as it may cost you dearly if there is indeed a problem. One of the things you can do to take care of problems such as these is also to see if there is anything causing undue friction in the general area. If so, you should take care that you get rid of the cause of the friction. This will resolve your problem. You could also try to use a mild exfoliating agent to gently massage the area where you have these white bumps occurring the most. If they are whiteheads, which is always a possibility, then this should be the perfect solution. Exfoliating will remove whiteheads as well as get rid of any dead skin that might have collected in the area. It will also add to your general good hygiene. It is always good to sanitize your skin after you have exfoliated.
