My problem is that I am having chicken pox scars due to scratching as I didn’t knew that scratching will leave scars - my age is 18 and I had chicken pox from 20 May to 4th June; So please help me to remove chicken pox scars!

The dates you have mentioned reveal that your scars are relatively recent. This should make it easier to get rid of your scars and remove chicken pox scars faster and more effectively. Fresh scars are easier to heal and treat than old ones. Old scars tend to penetrate several layers deep and are that much more difficult to get rid of. The first thing you should do is begin to exfoliate your skin. But before you start doing this, make sure that you are completely healed of the chicken pox. Otherwise, this may hurt your boils more. Exfoliate as often and regularly as you can. This will go a long way towards regeneration of new skin. The old scars will automatically lessen in degree of appearance and darkness. You can use any exfoliating scrub available in the market. To make it more effective, add a few drops of lime juice to the scrubbing agent. Lime is a natural bleaching agent which will help to lighten your skin overall. Do remember not to go out immediately after you have used lime juice on your skin, however. Lime is photosynthetic in nature and it will darken your skin when exposed to the sun.

You should also make it a weekly habit to apply a pack on your body wherever the scars are at their most. You can use a citrus fruit pack, which will not only add a healthy dose of vitamin C to the surface of your skin, it will also lighten your skin considerably. Make your own if you cannot find one in stores. This can be done by crushing equal parts of pineapple, papaya, orange, sweet limes, mango and peach. You need not have all of these fruits; just having two or three is enough. Add a tablespoon of honey to a cup of the pack and apply. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes for best results. You can wash it off with plain water. Since you are only 18 years old, it is not recommended that you do a facial regularly. Your skin is young and does not need this particular method to get rid of scars. If you have particularly dark spots, you can get rid of them by dabbing hydrogen peroxide on them. This will help to lighten them as well. Do remember to dilute the hydrogen peroxide. You can use a diluted mix of one part hydrogen peroxide to 20 parts of water.
