Face Masks for Oily Skin, Getting Rid of Pimple Marks, Open Pores Treatment

I have very greasy and oily skin on face and dry and scaly skin on my hands and legs - I have pores on my face skin and pimple marks, I have fair skin color.

You certainly are suffering from oily skin on your face. The pimple marks and the open pores on your face are related to the oiliness of your skin. For starters, you should change your lifestyle and your diet too. You should completely stop eating food that is spicy and oily. Avoid eating food that contains white flour, sugar or even dairy products like cheese. Instead you can eat fresh green vegetables, fresh fruit and fruit juices. Vegetarian soups and other such simple dishes can be consumed. Your intake of water should be increased to at least eight glasses a day. This will help flush out the toxins in your body. You should also make it a point to use a deep cleanser on your face. This will help your face get really clean. Avoid using make up since this could aggravate your problems. You should ensure that your personal hygiene is of a very high standard and that you avoid touching your face all the time. This will only cause the pimples to multiply and spread to other parts of your body.

Steaming your face using a home facial device can make it look and feel clean. You can also use Aloe Vera gel on your face. Apply it on your face at bedtime and leave it on overnight. In the morning you will be greeted with really soft skin. Make a simple face mask by mixing a tablespoon of gram flour with a few drops of milk. Apply this on your face and let it dry. When you wash it off you will notice that your skin looks less oily. Another easy face mask can be made by mixing the white of one raw egg with the juice of one lemon. This can be applied on the face and washed off after twenty minutes. You can also apply Vitamin E on your face to get rid of the pimple marks.

For dry and scaly skin remember to always use lukewarm water for your bath. Using very hot water can remove the essential oils in your skin and make it dry and itchy. When your body is still wet after your bath is a good time to apply the moisturizer of your choice. The cream spreads easily and the body is able to absorb it with ease.  You can also use olive oil at night and massage it in before you go to bed. This will work wonders overnight and you will have soft skin in the morning.
