Premature White Hair Treatment to Prevent White Hair or Graying of Hair

You are too young to be facing this problem. White hair, at this age, is an indication that either this ailment is hereditary or else you have been under a lot of stress for the past one year. If gray white hair ailment runs in your family, where almost everyone has premature hair greying, there is nothing much that you can do to stop it entirely. If it is due to stress, you will need to figure out what is causing you the stress and work at getting rid of it. Another cause could be that you had been suffering from illness that lasted for a long time. Prolonged illness too can cause the hair to turn white or gray white. Whatever the reason, there is nothing much that you can do about the hair that has already gone white except to color it or perhaps dye it. However, you can work at making sure that the rest of the hair does not turn white that easily. For this, you can implement certain hair care tips and remedies that involve natural products from our kitchen.

Grind 100 grams of Indian gooseberries into a pulp. Add the juice of half a lemon slice to this pulp and mix it well. Apply this mixture to your scalp and leave it on for an hour before you wash it off. You can also add whole Indian gooseberries to the oil (preferably olive oil) that you use to oil your hair. Boil the oil and the gooseberries together, strain the gooseberries from the oil and apply the oil to your scalp. If you are oiling your hair, try and oil your hair before going to sleep, so that the oil has the whole night work on your hair. Apart from this you can also make a pack that includes boiling a fistful of sages in three cups of water. After this water cools down, strain the sage leaves out of the water, add two cups of tea water, six teaspoons of henna, and two teaspoons of clove powder to this mixture and mix them well. Let it stay like this for half an hour before you apply it to your scalp and hair. Apart from applying all these packs to your hair, you will also need to change your daily diet. From now onwards, you will need to eat foods that are rich in vitamin B, folic acid, copper, iodine, and iron. Doing all this will ensure that your hair does not turn white that easily.
