Try to limit intake of sodas, sugary snacks, and other junk foods. Fiber rich foods will help alleviate the problem.

What should I avoid? Beauty products such as pomades and de-frizzing agents are a big no-no. These tend to aggravate the outbreak of blackheads along the hair line. Do not forget to clean your make-up once you get home. You can clean your face by dabbing a cotton swab with a little coconut oil or milk, which are good cleansers.
