Acne Control and Acne Skin Removal


Most people who suffer from acne worry about the correct way to ensure acne removal. Acne is nothing but a rash that your skin develops. This skin condition affects the oil glands in your skins and causes an inflammation. This is a fairly common skin disorder and it affects most people. Acne can be noticed as a close collection of pimples. These pimples can usually be found on the chest, shoulders, face and neck of the people affected by acne. These pimples are identified by their appearance. Whiteheads are the pimples that stay under the skin while blackheads are visible to the eye. Blackheads can be easily identified because of their distinctive black color. Papules, on the other hand, are pink in color and visible as small bumps while pustules are red in color. Pustules also have a collection on of pus in them. Nodules are painful and are sunk deep in the skin. Cysts are also painful and can often leave behind a scar.

Acne control is an area of skin care that requires a great deal of work. Not only is it necessary to get rid of the unsightly acne that peppers your skin surface, it is also essential that this be done without leaving any unsightly scars or marks on your skin. You can try a variety of easy home remedies to get rid of your acne. For an easy face mask you can simply cook two large spoonfuls of oatmeal in some water. Cool it slightly and then apply on your face. Leave it on for at least fifteen minutes and then wash it off with cold water. You can also mix one spoonful of lemon juice with one spoonful of rose water. Dip a clean cotton ball in this and apply gently on your face. This mixture needs to be left on your face for at least half an hour before you wash it off. Rubbing the acne with a peeled clove of garlic is also believed to help reduce them. Mash a spoonful of avocado and add a few drops of water to it. Now apply this paste on your face to get rid of your acne.

You can also reduce the acne by eating at least one radish every day. The radish should be peeled and then can be grated. Drinking two cups of rosemary tea is also believed to help reduce the acne. Eating light food helps too and you will find that if you eat food that is lightly spiced and does not use a very large amount of oil, your acne will clear. Acne removal and acne control are easy, if you alter your eating and living habits.
