Controlling hair fall by following rich nutrient diet and hair strengthening using almond and coconut oil

I want tips for hair falling. Please suggest if using a dove shampoo is ok.

Hair loss in women is a natural phenomenon that occurs due to a number of hormonal changes in the body. In case of heavy hair loss, there are a few hair tips, which you should follow for it to stop. The first thing to do out here is to have a balanced diet that will provide all the necessary nutrients to the hair. The hair roots should be massaged with almond oil that will strengthen the same. If you are unable to get hold of almond oil, the next best thing is to use snake oil or lukewarm coconut oil. This will lead to reduction in hair fall over a period of time. It is quite prudent to start to use shampoos and conditioners that are constituted of natural ingredients. The usage of such natural remedies will prevent any side effects that might affect your hair adversely because of overuse. All these activities help you hair from the external perspective. To help your hair from within, increase your intake of the entire suite of vitamins B, E, and A as well as by switching to plant based oils as a cooking medium. Regular seafood or soy intake will also keep your protein intake balanced. You should also avoid polluted and dusty environments as well as harsh chemicals like permanent color and hair relaxers.
