Natural hair care treatments for strong and thick hair growth. Thinning and falling hair solution

How to get thick hair? What to do with hair loss problem in my head.

Through the course of time, hair has evolved into being seen as much more of an aesthetic accessory rather than a gauge for the overall health of the human body. While a number of the cosmetic companies tempt a large number of their buyers into buying outrageously priced hair care products with the promise of making your hair look perfect, a number of people do not seem to realize that there might be something wrong with their hair as a direct result of there being something wrong with their body. The hair is considered as a barometer for the overall health of the body and if your hair is shining and looks healthy, it is very likely that you have a good nutritional plan, as well as a very good health regime. However, if your hair looks dry, rough or unhealthy, it is likely that your body is sending out signals for much better care. The health of your hair may be decided by a number of factors including your diet as well as a number of underlying and rather more serious conditions. To make sure that your excessive hair fall is not caused by some kind of serious infection or condition, you may want to have some blood tests conducted by your local health practitioner. If that is not the case, there are a number of home remedies that are not only convenient, but also much safer than most commercially available hair care products because of the fact that they contain no chemicals - something that could actually do more damage than good to your hair.

First you may want to repair any damage that had been caused to your hair. Do this with the help of a hot oil treatment created by heating some coconut oil and massaging it thoroughly into the scalp and hair. Once done, wrap a warm towel over the hair as this will help activate the ingredients of the oil and speed up the recovery process. Once your hair is sufficiently healthy, maintain that by regularly massaging the hair with uncooked egg yolk and leave it for an hour before you wash it off. You could also try rubbing some coconut milk into the roots and hair follicles as this treatment is renowned for its substantial success. Another option is to create a fine paste using pigeon pea or red gram and rub it regularly into the scalp. You should also avoid the excessive use of appliances like hair dryers and curling irons as they damage your hair considerably.
