If you are aware that you are suffering from PCOS disorder (Poly Cystic Ovarian Disorder), then you should first and foremost address that problem. Please understand that while there may be some steps you can take to help the process of easing your disorder, you will not be able to cure it completely without the help of a proper course of medication. Your first step should be to consult a gynecologist and determine the extent and the reach of your problem. This is because when suffering from PCOD, it is possible that you are also suffering from hormonal changes at the same time. The hair fall could very well be a result of these hormonal changes. If at all this is the case, then you should take steps to remedy the PCOS disorder situation, rather than focusing on the hair fall, which is merely a symptom of this greater disorder. If you do get a diagnosis and the result is that you do not have any hormonal disturbances due to your PCOD, then you can take steps to remedy the hair fall situation.

To begin with, you can start using a simple fenugreek rinse in order to strengthen your hair so that it does not fall further. Soak 100 grams of fenugreek seeds in 2 liters of water and let this solution stand for 24 hours. Use a little everyday to rinse your hair out. This should be greatly helpful in removing weakness from your strands and scalp. You should refrigerate this mixture and not use it for more than a week, or it will tend to spoil. An excellent way to grow new hair roots where there are none is to apply a mixture of one part onion and half part garlic juice to the area of the scalp. Although this is a messy and smelly solution, it is nevertheless a very useful one. You should leave the solution on for about one hour and then wash off as usual. It is advisable to do this every morning for at least a month. Another very useful method is to apply dried and powdered Indian gooseberries to your scalp. Simply mix with water and apply like a hair pack for about an hour or so. This should help to make your hair stronger and will help to prevent hair fall as well. These methods should be able to show you positive and visible results in about a month or maybe more.
